The Tools Menu of ShadowTrac provides you with the means to maintain your system and ensure that experience of using ShadowTrac will be effective and pleasurable.
| Set Program Defaults | Allows you to enter information regarding your project or program. |
| District Maintenance | Maintenance of all the school districts your project is responsible for. |
| School Maintenance | Maintenance of all the schools your project is responsible for. |
| Recruiter Maintenance | Most large projects employ one or more recruiters for identifying students. This option enables you to maintain recruiter information. |
| Compact/Repair/Backup Database | These features enable you to maintain your data with complete confidence |
| Set All Students Past EOE to Inactive | This option allows you to perform the batch process of flagging all students past their "End Of Eligibility" to the inactive status. It prints a report to allow you to update your physical files. |
| Set Sound Off | ShadowTrac uses an audio notification when the mouse pointer moves over any selectable item. This option allows you to turn that feature off. |
| Set Color Scheme | This option allows you to select from seven different pre-defined color schemes provided with ShadowTrac. |
