The main screen of ShadowTrac is where you will spend most of your time. It is designed to enable you to view the vital information regarding every student you have on file in your Migrant Education project. By using the Alphabet Bar you can quickly find any student on record. It enables you to have complete control of your program's student data. The partial search field in union with partial search button allows you to find students even when you don't know the exact spelling of the student's last name.
Locating and editing a student record has never been easier. Select the student from the list and change his/her information. ShadowTrac automatically calculates a students age, his/her "End of Eligibility" date and much more. If you are entering several students from the same family, check the "Batch Family Input" box and ShadowTrac will maintain common information between saves.
