Adding a student record to ShadowTrac is simple. ShadowTrac maintains the necessary personal information, along with the health information and parent information. Migrant education programs can identify migrant students at an incredible rate. ShadowTrac makes it easy to track which child has or has not been identified in your area. Not duplicating migrant students is as important as identifying them for service. Your student count is off either way. Tracking the minimal parent information makes this task a breeze.
Editing a previously saved student record can be accomplished by several means, all of them easy. ShadowTrac gives you many ways to locate information and change it. One of the most powerful features of ShadowTrac is the Partial Search button. By entering a partial student last name and pressing the button, all students beginning with a last name matching the entry will be displayed in the Student List. If you need to see all the students with a specific last name, simply type in that name and ShadowTrac will give you a list of all your students with that name.
The Alphabet Bar is another powerful feature of ShadowTrac. By clicking on a letter of the alphabet, the Student List will display all the students with a last name beginning with that letter.
